Hi. I'm Godoy — software engineer, tech lead, and creature of the command line.
Currently leading backend engineering at Itaú, one of the largest banks in Latin America. Former Amazon SDE. Fintech is where I live.
When not shipping code, I'm poking at Master System emulators — I even shipped a ROM hack for Wonder Boy 1 that turns the lives counter into a death counter, giving the player infinite lives and a score for how many times they fell. I also read too much about the Amiga's blitter chip and stare at amber phosphor screens for longer than is probably healthy.
